What to do if your parcel doesn't arrive

Unfortunately sometimes things do go wrong and parcels can be delayed in getting to you. We understand the frustration that this can cause and we will do everything that we can in order to help!

If you have chosen the 24 Tracked service then please get in touch with us, we will be able to see where exactly your parcel is and we will also be able to contact Royal Mail directly for updates. We highly recommend choosing this service at the checkout as it gives us the best chance to find your parcel and get it to you safe and sound if anything goes wrong during the delivery.

If you have chosen the standard 48 or 24 service then Royal Mail does ask that you wait 10 working days before declaring the parcel as missing. We would also recommend getting in touch with your local sorting office and asking your neighbours about the parcel during this time, it could be that your postman has just forgotten to put a notification card through your door.

If your parcel has still not arrived after 10 working days from the date of dispatch then please get in touch with us via
