Returns can sometimes be a little confusing as you may not be sure where you stand in regards to returning an item. Because we only sell personalised gifts our policy is a little different to other stores which is why we have put all of the information onto this handy page :)

Unfortunately due to the nature of personalised items we cannot accept unwanted returns. If you are unhappy about the item and think that there is a fault with it then please refer to the policy below for faulty goods.
Any items that are received faulty which could be anything from damage to a miss-print are acceptable to return. The return will be made through no cost to yourself.
Any goods returned within 30 days from purchase will be entitled to a full refund or like for like exchange.
Any goods returned after the 30 day period will only be entitled to a like for like exchange up to 6 months from date of purchase.
Please note that this policy only covers manufacturers faults, any items damaged through use will not be accepted.
-How to return an item
If you are unfortunate enough to receive a faulty item then you would need to contact us via e-mail and let us know with your order number and details as to what the fault is.
Once contact is made we will arrange for the item to come back to us with a handy free-post label or alternative solution depending on your location.
After the item is received back we will process the return, depending on when the item was returned in regards to the purchase we will either issue a full refund or like for like exchange.
If you do receive a like for like exchange there is no need to worry as the new item will also be covered under the same policy from the date that it was sent out to you :)
